She has been a career and outplacement consultant, trainer and writer for more than 25 years. Deb Cooperman is a "writing evangelist" who offers coaching and workshops to inspire and empower people to use the (simple, portable and completely affordable) practice of writing to understand and expand their lives.

Deb has been keeping a journal since she was 11 years old when her most fervent musings centered on whether Davy Jones or Paul McCartney was cuter.  These days, her writing practice is the glue that keeps her life together, and she gladly spreads the word about the power of a writing practice to just about anyone who wi ll listen.  Deb spends her 9-5's as a PR and Marketing Director for a nationally recognized professional theater service organization ; she is a published writer and editor, a writing coach and founder/leader of Living Out Loud writing groups.

Michael Bungay Stanier is Principal of Box of Crayons. As a certified coach, professional keynote speaker and consultant, he works with individuals, teams and organizations to get unstuck and discover what's possible. His self-coaching tool, Get Unstuck and Get Going ... on the stuff that matters was published in September 2005, and is being used by individuals and organizations around the world. As a coach, he works with two different niches: people with disabilities, and senior executives. He supports coaches in becoming more business saavy, and to that end has had articles appear in Choice magazine, and has presented workshops for various International Coach Federation (ICF) chapters. He spoke at the 2004 International Coach Federation conference in Quebec City and the 2005 European Coach Federation Conference in Norway, and will speak at the San Jose ICF Conference with fellow Sparker Marcy in November 2005.

Michael is a Rhodes Scholar.  He can't sing for love nor money, and recently lost an arm wrestle to his 65 year old father.

Dara Fulkerson is a marketing consultant in the technology industry as well as a writer, speaker and coach. She became a student of wake-up calls and the transition process they set in motion after a life-shattering wake-up call of her own occurred in 1996. She has over 20 years of corporate experience in marketing, coaching, and leadership roles.  She started CoreSpring Consulting in 1997 and now puts her experience to work bringing new programs, products, and services to market. As a coach she assists people in navigating career changes and launching new businesses in ways that are in alignment with who they are and what they care about.  She has an MBA in Finance, certificates in both Organizational Development and Change Leadership from Georgetown University , and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and the Co-Active Leadership Program.  She enjoys yoga, hiking, spending time in nature and playing with her West Highland Terrier.
