We will gather around the virtual campfire
Tuesday afternoons (via phone) for 12 whole weeks (from June 2 August 18), for some deep learning, creative inspiration, stimulating discussions, important reflection and serious play! You'll gain time-tested tools and techniques, as well as experience camaraderie and connection that will sustain you (and your creativity) long after summer camp has ended!

A note from your fearless Camp Leaders :
Hi! We know that a lot of things can get in the way of our most authentic, creative expressions, things like perfectionism, fear, time constraints, judgments from others, judgments from ourselves, etc. No worries!
We believe that The Artist's Way Summer Camp holds the answers! It will stretch you, challenge you, shift your beliefs and bust down barriers. This program guides you from where you are toward where you want to be, believing in you all the way. While sometimes a little frightening, it is ultimately freeing, at times, even exhilarating!

You are absolutely creative (even when you don't believe it or feel connected to it)!
Greater access to creativity = greater access to choices, joy, beauty, aliveness, spontaneity and surprise in your life! (And who doesn't want that?)
Creativity gives you more fluid access to intuition and a greater wealth of ideas, possibilities!
Creativity fosters boldness and courage, conviction and confidence, more trust and passion and a deeper connection to self, Spirit and others!
Creativity is about engaging something within ourselves AND inviting something greater than ourselves to join us at the drafting table, the dinner table or in the coaching conversation.
Creativity, spirituality and authenticity are inextricably linked, if not the same things entirely!

Enjoy a virtual summer camp experience complete with cabin assignments, bonfire sessions, cool camp leaders who know the lay of the land, group time and free time, lively interaction and lots of creativity. And all with fellow campers that could become your lifelong tribe!
A tried and true 12-week program based on the classic book The Artist's Way, A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron.
Weekly Bonfire Sessions all campers gather around the virtual campfire via telephone bridge line for weekly lessons, spot coaching and group interaction.
Cabin Assignments campers will be assigned in groups of 4 to a virtual cabin. Members will name their cabin and get to play with creating and decorating their virtual space. Anything goes; cabin mascots, songs, chants, cheers, visuals etc.
Cabin power calls each group of 4 will have a weekly call to connect, support and empower each other. Don't be surprised if a camp leader drops in from time to time to offer additional support.
Camp mail call We will create an online group for sharing thoughts, files and pictures, for asking questions and getting additional support.
Cool Camp Leaders Marcy and Laura are both certified professional coaches, seasoned artist's way facilitators and very creative themselves, to boot!
Private Power Session every camper gets an individual coaching session with either Marcy or Laura. You'll be able to receive this session during camp or up to one month after camp ends.

FYI The Artist's Way Summer Camp is not just for artists your palette can be your wardrobe, your home, your life and your work whether writing a brief, making a soup, coaching a client or creating collage, it's about bringing more creativity to everything you do.
We know that you could buy the book and do it on your own and some of you will do that and be very successful.
And, here's another truth: Personal discovery can be vulnerable and scary. When that happens it's easy to lose momentum and give up.
We don't want that to happen for you, because the rewards for hanging in there are SO worth it. In a group setting, you will still hit those rough spots, but with Laura and Marcy and the whole group by your side, cheering you on it will be so much easier to move through the process.
